Anger management training is provided on a one-to-one basis.
We usually recommend taking the ‘Personal Effectiveness and Achievement’ training (“Power to Choose”) seminars. Then follow up with around three individual 50-minute sessions focusing on anger management.
Alternatively, we can offer a focused anger management training for individuals of around six 50-minute sessions.
