What Is it?

Abicord has created a unique and highly successful development training called ‘The Power to Choose’.

Participants are asked to score their effectiveness and satisfaction in work and life, before and after the training, on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 represents the most effective and satisfied person they could imagine. Practically all participants have increased by three or more points (where there’s room on the scale), including several moving from 1 to 8, 2 to 9 and 3 to 10, with the majority moving from 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 to 9 or 10. Follow-up after six months shows changes are sustained or further improved.

Format:

The training can be delivered in two DVDs watched over several weeks to give time to practice the tools. Or it can be presented in a single one-day training or one-to-one.
